I have tested Inkscape's Calligraphy tool with my Intuos3 Wacom tablet. This is an exercise that I have recorded with VirtualDub. The advantage of erasing and rearranging the letters is very useful. Only a couple of brushes can be saved and cannot be deleted later so preference files have to be switched for more brushes to be saved and switched. The scene is a few teapots turbosmoothed to 3 iterations, totaling to around 200k polygons for the first parts (3 teapots), then about 500k polygons, where the Intel graphics start to struggle. The last scene is around 1.6M polygons, showing that the 4550 has absolutely no problem handling large and complex scenes.

This project is edited by me and captured by SillyGoose, because at the time I started I did not have an HD capture card. Due to the recent acquisition of a BlackMagic Intensity Pro, I have also capped a few of my own angles. This montage showcases a selection of clips that make me smile, and nothing else. When I started this project ten months ago they were probably reasonably decent, but now thanks to the release of Dutchy's montage they might as well be clips from Call of Duty, so unworthy of comparison are they. Hopefully this montage can appeal to more than just your desire to see Halo at its best, as I feel that is where its strength lies. I originally had the idea to do a montage with a custom HUD about two years ago, and did an experimental video with altered medals but nothing on this scale before. This is a complete HUD change, including medals, icons and even radar. The only aspects of the HUD I have omitted are things that take ages to implement but add nothing to gameplay - namely, the timer and the text feed on the bottom left. Everything else is there. This project has quite frankly been a nightmare, and the cause of many a headache for both myself and Goose. I unwisely edited the first half in Ulead Video Studio, which is why some of it seems choppy - it appears Ulead is totally inept at slowing down clips, and ...

I got lucky enough to be able to play around with the new Archos G9 tablets for a few minutes, they are awesome. Here are some of the features that I think makes this probably one of the best tablets in the world when it comes out in September: - 50% faster than iPad2/Xoom/Transformer/Tab101/etc - Optional unlocked 3G Dongle slides in the back - Built-in kick-stand - HDMI-out (1080p All Codecs High Profile High Bitrates) with most powerful Video/Audio/Photo apps on any device with automatic meta-data and Upnp/Samba streaming support - 2x USB Host (one is dedicated for 3G Dongle) - Honeycomb 3.2 with official Google Marketplace pre-installed - Most importantly, starts at 9 for 8", 9 for 10.1", there will be all kinds of options though, 16GB Flash or 250GB hard drive (the 250GB version is likely around 0 more than the 16GB flash version, to be confirmed) This is my first video showing how those tablets are. Look forward to many more videos that I will post about the Archos G9 if I can get some review samples at one point in the next few weeks until and after they are released in September worldwide. I would have liked to see them do 5" and 7" G9 tablets as well to be more pocketable (pants 5" or jacket 7" pockets), but for now, Archos has nothing to announce regarding more sizes for the G9 series, it's open to speculation, my speculation is that it may be the reason for them to have to wait for Honeycomb and Ice Cream Sandwich to come and support more screen ...

The reason I use Flash is because I don't have light box and enough paper, scanner at home, Flash is time saving way to make animation myself with few other friends. Ps. Flash is a program for creating web animation, interactive things and websites, motion graphic, usually use with Illustrator and other vector programs. FBF animator like me only used 5% features of Flash. as Rosi suggested, I created this new account only for our Warrior cat_into the wild animations. The account will be decorated soon. I know spotted leaf isn't white, but somehow me and Rosi imaged her a white cat before realizing that she isnt. ^^ll I think I'll keep her white in these animations.
